Timely reconcile all business accounts to look for irregularities and compare with detailed records maintained. Maintain electronic record keeping to aid in the ability to instantly communicate with client, management team members & vendors.
Financial Supervision & Coordination
We maintain constant communication with tour managers, artist & entertainers as well as various vendors to proactively mitigate financial surprises and the negative impacts of unforeseen problems and issues that arrive from the complexities of touring and maintaining crew.
We supervise and manage the processing of tour payroll and the required Federal & state payroll tax fillings.
Insurance Need Management
We provide as the liaison with third-party agents to limit exposure to today’s unforeseen issues and to protect company and individual assets (including general liability, equipment coverage, Worker’s Comp, umbrella policies & health, dental & life insurance needs).
Financial Statement Preparation & Reconstruction
For today’s high-net worth individual with financial complexity, it is common for many of our clients to be involved in partnerships or other entities numerous owners and someone might maintain the business financial records. As such, it is common for our clients to request our guidance in reviewing the procedures of their business interest. If it is found that the client is unsatisfied with the record keeping that is being maintained by the business, we offer the ability to recreate the financial statements from the bank statements of the business to help create transparency. Often, this can help the client in getting questions answered related to the financial profitability of their business for which outside parties control the books.
